Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

Location: Hamble Point Marina, Southampton

Position: Permanent, Full Time

Package: Starting salary of GBP20,000 to GBP25,000 /year, plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

On Targets Earnings:

- Year 1 GBP40,000 +
- Year 2 GBP60,000 +
- Year 3 GBP80,000 +

Sales Executive / Business Development Manager

Thanks to our continued success and ambitious growth targets, we are looking for an experienced Sales Executive / Business Development Manager to help take the company to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

- Sourcing new clients and developing new business opportunities.
- Contacting prospective clients and speaking with decision makers.
- Scheduling and sitting online demonstrations with new prospects.
- Responsible for the full sales cycle from initial interest to close.
- Aftercare of accounts to offer support and to generate repeat business.
- Recording information accurately on our CRM.
- Building a strong, in-depth product knowledge.
- Working towards personal and team sales targets.


Qualities and Experience

- Proven 1+ years` experience within a similar industry, such as; software sales, recruitment, job advertising, etc.
- Experience of sitting online software demonstrations with prospects (non-essential).
- Desire to establish a long-term career with a single company and to be considered as a future manager.
- Focused on own personal development and learning.
- Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Good pipeline management and motivated by achieving results.
- Confident and professional telephone manner with ability to build rapport.
