The Company We are a small (£1.65m) but growing business to business sales company distributing a wide range of cleaning and janitorial supplies and services. Due to expansion we wish to appoint a Sales Manager (Director designate) based in the Midlands. The Role - Managing a small Sales Force while delivering on a personal sales target as well as ensuring sales force targets are met - Ensuring development of new business with end users in all sectors - Ensuring the team identify opportunities in the territory, taking those from initial contact to negotiating and closing the sale - Building with the team a sales pipeline of opportunities that will ensure that the sales force target will be met for the year
