The Role

This person will be responsible for developing quality sales opportunities for the sales team by qualifying and scheduling consumer inbound leads whilst also able to retain and grow the consumer business.

- Generate new meetings with ideal current and past customers and enquiries
- Consistently achieve assigned KPIs and targets
- Effectively utilise modern tech stack, including Salesforce and Outreach
- This role reports to the Manager of Consumer Sales


- Perform marketing development activities including inbound lead follow-up, calls, emails, chat
- Linkedin touches to schedule quality meetings
- Support the sales team in generating pipeline and increase revenue using Outreach, the Predictable
- Revenue model and internal sales methodologies
- Understand and utilise Customer Focused Selling techniques, to include thorough preparation, Opening. Investigating, setting meetings for the Event Sales Specialist to close the lead
- Maintain, manage and report on a healthy pipeline for consistent performance and visibility.
- Clear communication with Sales Manager and Director of Consumer Sales
- No travel is standard, but up to 10% travel is possible at times if the ISR is interested in doing so


This position plays a vital role in our clients success. Here are some highlights of the type of person and background we believe would thrive:

- 6 months` experience in a telesales role as a plus
- Sporting, entertainment, hospitality, or travel industry experience a plus
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement software like Salesforce and Outreach a plus
- Excellent organisational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong selling skills and the ability to influence prospects, customers, referral sources and partners
- The initiative, a sense of competitive drive, and the ability to stay focused on results throughout changing conditions
- A collaborative mentality, strong relationship-building skills, and comfort working closely and accurately within established guidelines
- Meticulous and thorough follow-up skills to assure consistency in all aspects
