Position: Secretarial Intern
Location: Central London
Position: Full-Time

They are now looking for an experienced PA / Personal Assistant with an in depth knowledge of business practice to join our dedicated team.

a) To provide pro-active and confidential support to business principle
b) Extensive diary, email and document (digital and hard copy) management
c) Arrange all travel, accommodation and car hire when required
d) Organise meetings and room bookings and collate documents as necessary
e) Minute taking at meetings, producing agendas, summarised action points and communicating and following up these requirements
f) Maintaining and updating systems and databases
g) Administering expenses, costs, invoices, fees and commissions
h) To manage and improve business processes and workflows
