Our client based in Brighton is recruiting a Senior Chef De Partie to start as soon as possible.The candidate would have strong leading Chef De Partie experience with good food knowledge, a wide range of experience and a positive attitude. Ideally they will have rosette experience. The wage is paid hourly with a possible starting salary of around £17,000. You will be expected to work around 48 hours per week with 4 early or late shifts with 1 double shift. You will also receive tips of around £20 - £30 per week.
