CLIENT

Our Client has established itself within the High street division of recruitment, and have now gained an impressive network of 30 branches throughout the UK. They operate from both their branches and from on-site locations supplying Industrial, Commercial, Driving and Catering Personnel.

THE ROLE

Due to ongoing success, our client are looking to recruit an additional driving consultant for their Leicester branch. The successful consultant will be an experienced recruiter, who is looking for a full 360 recruitment role and be part of a successful and expanding team. The Leicester branch in particular has a strong presence within the Driving and Industrial sectors. This is a genuine opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking for a new role where they are able to make an impact in their branches success. The successful consultant will have full autonomy to develop and grow your numbers and geographical areas. Our client is looking for ambitious consultants who have a determination to eventually become Branch/Regional/business development Managers in the future.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

Previous experience in Recruitment is essential.
Sales focused and is able to demonstrate previous billing successes.
Solid IT skills (especially excel), accuracy in recording information both paper and IT based.
Excellent organisational skills, competent and confident communicator
Ambitious and hungry to succeed
Experienced in multi tasking, delegating and monitoring.
Full UK driving licence and own transport.
