TL Placements have been appointed to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a prestigious consultancy based in the heart of London. Our client has been long established delivering superb Quantity Surveying/Cost Management and Project Management services to clients within the public and private sector. The caseload of work spreads across various areas including commercial, heritage, leisure, education, hotels and residential properties. Currently our client has a need for a Senior Surveyor who can carry out project work on commercial fit out's but also education with a desire or skill set in working on projects within historic buildings. As a Senior Surveyor you will be responsible to deliver PQS duties and take up an Employers Agent role on behalf of your client. You will need to be MRICS qualified and from a consultancy background.
