Our client is seeking an individual with a proven and stable background in recruitment. Previous experience of medical recruitment would be a benefit. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients, composing job advertisements, obtaining references, dealing with queries, managing contracts and will be able to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. As this is a Senior role, you will also be respobsible for supporting and mentoring a team on a day to day basis along with contributing effectively to team targets.
