Job Description

Our client is currently ranked as the number 1 Alfa Romeo Service Dealer in the UK with regard to Customer satisfaction. Maintaining this level of Customer Satisfaction through customer follow-up will be essential to the role.

If you're looking for a change of scenery, our client is offering a unique experience in an Aftersales role. Every day will hold new challenges. How you approach these challenges will determine how successful you are in the position.

They have a small Service Team and you will be filling the main Service Advisor role. The ability to work in a small group, and on your own, is vital. We currently have one open position for a skilled Service Advisor.

Responsibilities will include:
Taking initial customer phone calls and creating service bookings
Greeting customers and producing job cards
Liaising with the Workshop Controller to effectively manage workload
Explaining work carried out to customers and advising of any further work necessary
Maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction
Customer follow-up
Converting customer enquiries into service bookings

Essential Skills:
Experience in a Customer Service role, preferably within the motor trade
Knowledge of one or more Dealer Management Systems
IT Literacy

Desirable Skills:
Experience using 1link
Familiarity with Motability systems and procedures
Previous involvement with a franchise based CSI scheme
The ideal candidate for the role will be an outgoing, enthusiastic and presentable individual with excellent inter-personal skills.
Fiat Group experience would be advantageous, but not necessarily required.

Basic salary is £20,000, with opportunity for additional earnings through Customer Satisfaction and Workshop Efficiency bonus schemes.
