Well established manufacturer of capital equipment is looking to recruit a Service and Commissioning Engineer to be based from their headquarters in the West Midlands. The ideal candidate will have previous experience with working on equipment such as burners, heat treatment or furnaces for example, with gas certification being an added bonus but not essential. Day to day the role will involve in the onsite testing of machines prior to their despatch to customer’s site, followed by on-site visits to install and commission the equipment. When not working on capital projects, your role will be to repair and maintain previously installed equipment. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to spend time away from home, both at UK and overseas locations.
