About the Role...

A key role to develop a Customer Acquisition and Retention plan to help promote CharGrilled’s brand proposition and strive towards reaching key performance indicators in a strategic and cost effective manner to seriously develop the online sales internationally.

• Research keywords and execute international paid search (PPC) campaigns.
• Plan and execute the marketing campaigns agreed by the Marketing Director.
• Research, develop and test SEO campaigns prior to full deployment.
• Create engaging content and manage the full lifecycle of targeted email campaigns and build a dedicated database of customers to provide loyalty initiatives.
• Set up and manage the top affiliate networks and independents.
• Promote the brand and increase market awareness through social media.
• Regular reporting on key performance indicators through accurate campaign tracking and analytical reporting to the management.
