Job Description

The opportunity to join the dynamic sales team of, Europe’s leading spa travel company & one of the UK’s fastest growing business’.

Responsible for organising the spabreaks of 80,000 spa goers a year, we are looking for an experienced Call Centre Sales and Training Manager to manage the call centre of 20+ young sales consultants on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

• To react in a professional and efficient manner to phone and email enquiries
• To take details from customer, communicating in a polite and friendly way to identify the customer’s exact needs and requirements.
• To communicate with the various reservations departments at specific venues in order to check availability and discuss availability, treatment times and specifications.
• To follow up with customers, communicating back what has been found, closing sales, taking payment details in a courteous and discreet manner.
• Dealing efficiently with gift vouchers sales and enquiries
• To follow up with old enquiries, focusing on identifying potential new business from old leads.
• Using initiative to research potential new venues on the internet.
• After speaking to customers identifying new business opportunities that might not be involved with
• Assisting with occasional copy writing duties for the website
• Attending trade shows and exhibitions when required (sometimes at weekends and evenings)
• To maintain a high level of product knowledge at all times, through additional brochure reading and daily checks of the website
• Any other additional administration duties as required.
