A Specialist Property Consultant is required for our rapidly expanding estate agents in Essex.

This position will suit someone with a good level of residential property knowledge, in either sales or lettings or alternatively an excellent sales background with a desire to very quickly learn the property business.

The position will entail making viewings of properties, keeping buyers and sellers updated regularly and will lead to valuations and becoming a Specialist Property Consultant for your own territory.

Some weekend work will be entailed. Applicants should have their own vehicle and be willing to use this for business. A petrol allowance is payable.
