Store Manager

A fantastic opportunity to join this rapidly expanding brand leading high street retailer as part of our retail management team.

As an experienced retail professional, you will take pride in your management and problem solving skills in a fast moving environment.

You must be self motivated with a pro-active approach to maintaining and improving sales and standards.

As Store Manager you will be responsible for all areas of store management including:

People management – recruitment, training & performance management.
Stock control - including ordering and management.
Merchandising – implementing and monitoring sales.
Budget management – wage costs, sales, treating every £1 as your own.
Planning – long and short term plans for sales improvement.
