Job Title: Subcontractor Administrator

Salary: Competitive

Working Hours: Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday,Friday - 08:00 - 16:30, 08:30 - 17:00 - 37.5 hours per week

Location: Glasgow - Applicant must have the right to work in the UK

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Subcontractor Administrator to join our passionate and driven team in Glasgow!

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Issue monthly planned preventative maintenance work orders to the relevant subcontractor.
- Raising purchase orders to sub-contractors for reactive works and maintenance contracts.
- Ensure all remedial works and recommendations are taken from subcontractors or their service records and passed on to the client for authorisation.
- Manage subcontractor performance highlighting any non-conformances as appropriate.
- Attend and take part in subcontractor performance meetings to discuss performance.

About You:

- Experience working within building services/facilities management is desirable.
- Good understanding and experience of Microsoft Office software packages.
- Experience in coordination or management of subcontractors.
- Experience in using and configuring CAFM or other management systems.
- Experience in working to deadlines and effective time management.
- Knowledge and understanding of property-related issues.
