Job Description

The role is based on an annualised hours averaging 42 hours per week on a shift basis working between 08:00 – 20:00, weekends will base part of the shift.

Working for an International IT Company, the role reports to the Team Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Customer SLA’s
Scheduling engineers work within a geographical area
Ordering spares whilst considering cost
Drive KPI’s
Flagging incorrect call information
Supplying Customers with updates / ETA’s
Prompt response to all escalations both internal and external
Proactive management of calls

In addition all applicants should be smart in appearance with good personal standards and a high level of personal discipline (timekeeping, attendance & work ethic).

Full training for the role will be provided as part of a comprehensive induction and training programme.
