£30K basic OTE £45K inc bonus (uncapped)

This International business intelligence organisation are recruiting a new European sales team which is to be based in the UK. You will be targeting large corporate organisations and with the support of 3 field based Executives and the experience of Regional Directors, you will be responsible for generating an annual $1M Revenue Target.

Duties:
•Speaking with high level executives about the company’s business solutions.
•Using your ability to overcome objections and effectively articulate a business message.
•Working with Account Executives and Directors to develop & win large corporate business opportunities.
•To identify and generate a minimum of 15 sales opportunities in Enterprise Named Accounts (large corporate business) per month.
•Track and managing prospects through Salesforce.com.
•Meeting and exceed monthly quota of 20 New Opportunities per month. Build Rapport and identify goals and SMART objectives of clients, qualify timeframes, decision making process, and key needs.
•Participate in team meetings, networking, tradeshow events, and activities to grow the business.
•Manage a prospect base consisting of specific target accounts in assigned territory.
•Provide reports on all business development activities.
•Execute creative lead generation telemarketing activities within the defined territory to increase awareness and interest in the company
•Ability to initiate the first phase of the sales cycle, create awareness, interest identify the goal that can lead to a successful sale.

Experience, Education and Qualifications required:
•Fluent Swedish language skills to a business level.
•Solution oriented approach to selling and excellent listening skills.
•Good phone based networking skills.
•Strong hunting mindset.

•Proven excellent communication skills including the ability to ask direct questions.

•Able to gain rapport on the phone and quickly gain trust with the prospects as well as the Account Executives.
