Job Description

We are looking for a Telemarketing Account Manager who will be involved in the design, preparation and implementation of client campaigns, telemarketing and email marketing. Candidates will need excellent communication skills as you will be liaising with clients as well as on going client retention and client satisfaction. Candidates will also need to have knowledge of direct or indirect sales and marketing as well as being self-motivated, self managing and competitive. You will need to take pride in your work, constantly strive to further develop your professional effectiveness and be able to think on your feet. I.T. literacy including Excel, Outlook and Word is preferred but not essential, as full training will be given. Working hours will be Monday – Friday 9.00 to 5.30.
