Job Description

We’ll give you a structured welcome to help you settle in quickly, and then begin your professional development straight away. You will be given real responsibilities and accountability from day one with clear goals to aim for.

You will be based out of our Reading offices and will learn the world of technology solutions sales and come into contact with clients from small businesses to public sector organisations. You will have 24 months to demonstrate what you can achieve and will work with a sales mentor who will teach you the key skills required to become successful.

During year 1 you will spend time with your sales mentor, learning valuable sales techniques, the products and how our business processes and high levels of customer service allow us to outshine our competition.

You will have direct responsibility for conducting and developing sales campaigns, contacting and visiting potential clients, understanding their requirements and providing on-going account management within a designated territory throughout the Thames Valley. You will also have the opportunity to learn digital marketing skills as a way to foster customer relationships and build sales.

After the initial induction period, you will become quota bearing with an opportunity to earn commission from an early stage. Having proved yourself during the first year, you will progress towards a full quota bearing sales role with an opportunity to earn unlimited commissions and develop your sales career. You will continue to learn the many ways we develop business and engage with our current and future clients whilst further honing your technical knowledge. Ongoing support will be provided by your line manager and dedicated mentor who will aid in your development and make you the best sales person you can become.

We`ll help to build strengths, develop expertise and ensure you achieve your full potential within this highly competitive market.

You`ll be responsible for actively pursuing new business opportunities, working a local territory as well as selling our vast range of products and services within the document management, imaging and document workflow arena.
