An online recruitment company based in Loughborough are looking for an experienced Sales person with or without previous recruitment experience to join their team.

Our recruitment solution provides our clients with the flexible, cost effective service they require and because of this we are growing at a phenomenal rate. Currently working with SME’s, National blue chip organisations and large international companies we need to promote our product further as we are sure our solution can help many other businesses.

As trainee Recruitment Consultant / your duties will include:




Successfully generating new business through telesales
Make canvass calls, identify and follow up business leads
Meet sales / gross profit targets
Deal with speculative calls, aftercare and service calls
Write and place advertisements on various websites / job boards
Developing a full understanding of the business market-place
Taking detailed job requirements from clients and ensuring that these are met
Pre-screen candidates CVs

The ideal trainee Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experiences:




Previous recruitment experience, online recruitment experience is advantageous
Previous sales, telesales, business development, account management experience
Have a friendly and personable approach, with strong time management skills and the ability to listen carefully to client requirements
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to easily create rapport
Will be enthusiastic, motivated and must enjoy the challenge and diversity of a busy role
Will be capable of working within an autonomous environment
