Due to ongoing growth and the success of the sales team, Rackline is looking to recruit a further Trainee Sales Manager / Graduate Sales Executive to complement the existing team of 10 Sales Managers. The area will be based in the North of England (home based), so extensive travel will be required. A full clean driving license is required.
The preferred candidate will be very goal driven, highly self motivated with a burning desire to win. This is a demanding, but rewarding role with uncapped performance based bonus schemes, which are paid monthly and quarterly.
This is a role that provides real opportunities for personal development, job promotion and strong financial rewards for achieving sales targets It will be a mixture of sales and account management. The candidate will either have sales potential or have been successful in a role for a few years but is looking for the challenge and opportunity that matches their own aspirations. In addition, they will be comfortable in a technical sales environment and able to work with floor plans, architects drawings etc. Industry sectors could include capital / office equipment, office furniture, storage or design / architectural.
Rackline has a successful existing trainee programme, providing full product training, sales training, technical drawing and site survey training. The Trainee position is expected to last for one year before progression to Area Sales Manager status. The package would include a starting salary of 15k, company car, fuel card, “blackberry”, laptop, pension after 6 months` service and business expenses.
