Job Description

Assisting the Training and HR department of this well known recruitment consultancy, you will be responsible for assisting in organisation and delivery of the impending Graduate scheme amongst other duties as listed below.

Graduate Administration
Booking internal and external training
Recording and scheduling graduates placement program
Booking flights, accommodation for graduates (When working in other locations)
Booking and attending meetings with department managers and Training Manager
Updating and monitoring graduate assessments
Sending and recoding feedback department forms
Writing reports via feedback from the training manager
Recording all cost for expenses + training
Monitoring Holidays/Sick/Absence and impact on their placements
General Administration (updating database, chasing up outstanding documentations)
Point of contact for managers and graduates for day to day queries
In the absence of the Training Manager reviewing the graduate’s progress and delivering training.
Training
Keeping the Training Database up to date and updating all training records and files for all UK and Overseas staff (general correspondence, training, qualifications)
Train UK staff, in the absence of the Training Manager (staff induction, system updates)
Informing people of training start times, booking hotels, directions to venue, organising lunch
Recording training request forms
Monitoring and updating training schedules
Booking internal and external training (after managers authorisation) and consolidating the paperwork that accompanies this
Learning new systems (I.E Adobe Captivative) for development of training materials
Assist with the design and delivery new training materials (Oil & Gas, Nuclear, disciplines and recruitment training such as, Telephone, Coaching, Candidate management etc)
Assist with updating and delivering existing training materials (RMS)
Assist with the management T.I.M training
Evaluation of training and training needs analysis



HR
General Employee Correspondence e.g. offer letter, end of probation confirmation, promotion, leaving confirmation, insurance, mortgage references, ex employee references
To provide assistance with the general maintenance of the HR Database UK and Overseas, including updating new starters and leavers, updating staff personal details
To record and monitor attendance (self certification, return to work interviews, Bradford Factor)
Responsible for the support, promotion, monitoring and compliance with all company and client HSE obligations, rules and requirements
Additional ad hoc duties when required
