Role Overview

We are currently recruiting for a Transit Standards Team Leader to join our passionate and driven Cleaning team based at our client`s site in 327 Mile End Road, London

Key Responsibilities:

- Observing and completing quality audits and checks for the mobile in-transit cleaning operatives to ensure that they are carrying out duties in line with the training, client specification and output standards.
- Identification and delivery of and sharing (via electronic means) coaching and development needs of the in-transit operatives and support in the roll-out of new initiatives.
- Reporting and sharing movements, interactions, and findings with the management team.
- Continually look to improve in-transit standards, processes, and methods of work to maximise effectiveness and efficiency.
- Give feedback and coach in-transit staff on the route as necessary.


About You:

- Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
- Previous experience as an Auditor, Coach, Team Leader, or Supervisor is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and people skills.
- Able to work to deadlines and prioritise as well as being flexible with working hours and days.
- Excellent attention to detail is required.
- Comfortable and with experience in engaging with, challenging professionally, and providing constructive feedback to the operative workforce.
- Basic DBS checks are required for this contract
