Exciting role for a motivated BI Support Analyst to work in our busy helpdesk team. Our customers use a mix of Cognos, QlikView and Microsoft SQL Server and we provide support on all of these products. Ideally the successful candidate should have experience in one or more of these products. The role will be based in our Hemel Hempstead office, assisting and advising customer in meeting the company's obligation to support and maintain customer contracts. IT qualifications or work experience will be an advantage. Must have good interpersonal skills and an excellent telephone manner, the ability to problem solve, a clear understanding and escalation of customer issues with diplomacy and tact. Training will be provided.
