Job Description

Provide 1st line IT support
Provide 2nd line IT support
IT support in Surrey site
Provide cover for the IT Helpdesk
Setup and Install new PC's
Install software using remote management tools
Maintain the IT asset register
Maintain IT documentation procedures
Occasional international travel to remote sites may be required
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed, the job holder is required to perform other duties assigned by the
Supervisor/Manager from time-to-time, as may be reasonably required of them
Some manual handling will be required
May be required to work on other sites
