Viking are seeking a new addition to join their busy Software Support Team. As a Support Technician supporting a large customer base you will be required to provide an excellent customer experience, supporting a range of Sage products including Sage 200 and CRM and 3rd party products, in a demaning but rewarding environment. This position will suit a self motivated, committed individual wishing to work in the IT industry, who is able to work as part of a team or as an individual within a demanding environment. Knowledge of Accounting Systems and Accounting Practices along with Windows applications would be advantageous.
